What do I need to get started with migration?
Just export your member list from your current platform or spreadsheet (CSV or Excel). We’ll guide you through the rest.
Which platforms can I migrate from?
You can move from WildApricot, MemberClicks, Neon, MemberPlanet, ClubExpress, spreadsheets, or any other tool that allows CSV export.
How long does migration take?
Most organizations are live in under a week. Smaller groups (under 1,000 members) can migrate and launch within 1–2 days.
Can I clean up my data during migration?
Yes. We’ll help you fix duplicates, update expired members, and standardize custom fields—so your new system starts clean.
Will members lose their payment history or renewal dates?
No. Payment and renewal records migrate with the member profile. Each member keeps their original renewal cycle and status.
What about stored credit cards?
For security, card numbers don’t transfer between systems. Members will re-enter payment details once—then renewals happen automatically from there.
Can I test before switching live?
Yes. You’ll get a preview environment to test imports, verify member records, and send sample renewals before you go live.
Will my website or events be affected?
No downtime. Your current site and events continue to run during migration. When ready, you can embed your new member portal or link it directly.
